Quartz Crystal-The final step of the three step process in ideal water purification. The hexagonal structure of the quartz crystals will rearrange the water to its original structure. Crystals have their own particular vibration of a precise and measurable intensity. This vibration attunes itself to human vibration better than any other gem or mineral. It can also attune itself to the vibration of substances, like water. Quartz crystals are used to amplify, clarify and store energy.

Raw foods- food that is grown and eaten in its uncooked form

Reverse Osmosis (ROI)-The first of three steps in ideal water purification. ROI removes bacteria, viruses, nitrates, fluorides, sodium, chlorine, particulate matter, heavy metals, asbestos, organic chemicals and dissolved minerals. (Part of the ideal 3 step process for water purification)

Spirulina-a complete protein and is about 60 to 65 percent amino acids. Contains B vitamins, minerals, chlorophyll, and phytonutrients. One of the highest sources of gamma-linolenic acid (GLA - an essential fatty acid (EFA) in the omega-6 family that is found primarily in plant-based oils).

Sprouting- involves soaking seeds, nuts or beans for several hours until the food begins to develop a tail-like protrusion on one end. The sprouting of seeds neutralizes or inactivates the enzyme inhibitors. The good enzyme activity is at its height when the tail or the sprout is approximately ¼ of an inch long.

Stevia-an herb used as a sweetener in raw recipes; ideal for those with diabetes because of its low glycemic load. It can be used in many forms, including powder, liquid, fresh leaf, or dried leaf.

Sustainable Agriculture-an integrated system of plant and animal production practices that have a site-specific application and that will, over the long term (1) satisfy human food and fiber needs; (2) enhance environmental quality and the natural resource base upon which the agricultural economy depends; (3) make the most efficient use of nonrenewable resources and on-farm resources and integrate, where appropriate, natural biological cycles and controls; (4) sustain the economic viability of farm operations; and (5) enhance the quality of life for farmers and society as a whole.

Veganism-six principles include: (1) abstinence from animal products (2) harmlessness with reverence for life (3) integrity of thought, word, and deed (4) mastery over oneself (5) service to humanity, nature and creation and (6) advancement of understanding and truth.

Vegetarianism- is the practice of a diet that excludes all animal flesh, including poultry, game, fish, shellfish or crustacea, and slaughter by-products.
