Maca- a vaguely sweet, off-white powder. Maca root grows in the mountains of Peru. It is a radish-like root vegetable that is related to the potato family. A raw sweetener.

Meditation-describes a state of concentrated attention, self-inquiry and increased awareness. It usually involves turning the attention inward to a single point of reference, like breathing. Meditation practice helps develop your relationships with yourself and others. It is recognized as a component of most eastern religions, where it has been practiced for over 5,000 years.

Mesquite- a tan-orange sweet and pungent smelling powder. Mesquite bushes grow pods. Mesquite powder is then ground from the mesquite pods. High in protein, calcium, magnesium, potassium, iron, zinc with a sweet, molasses-like taste.

MSM- is a naturally occurring supplement with its roots in oceanic phytoplankton. MSM is a sulfur-based naturally occurring compound and the closest chemical relative to MSM is dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO). Available as a capsule or crystal to be taken orally. In addition, it is available in cream or lotion.

Nano B Complex- a liquid that contains living, not synthetic, B vitamins to support the liver, immune system, heart, brain and mood balance. The substance contains vitamin B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B12, folic acid, para-amino acid, and biotin. This product is made by Premier Research Labs. pH-meaning potential of hydrogen or, the number of hydrogen ions in a substance. The higher the number the more acidic the substance. The lower the number, the more alkaline the substance. A pH of 7 is neutral, neither acidic nor alkaline.

Phytonutrients-are the category of components of plants thought to promote human health. Subcategories include carotenoids and flavonoids. Fruits, vegetables, grains, legumes, nuts and teas are rich sources of phytonutrients.

Phytoplankton- the component of plankton that produces organic substances from inorganic molecules and the sun – also known as photosynthesis. Through photosynthesis, phytoplankton is responsible for 50 percent of the oxygen present in the earth's atmosphere. As a supplement, phytoplankton is bottled in a way that preserves the marine phytoplankton in suspended animation, protecting the original life energy. The high chlorophyll content of phytoplankton also increases oxygen uptake.

Polyphenols-a group of chemical substances found in plants. Research indicates that polyphenols may have antioxidant characteristics with potential health benefits like berries, olives, and other fruits and vegetables

Pre-digestion-process by which enzymes in raw foods digest their own ingredients, thereby reducing the work of the human body’s digestive system.

Probiotics-dietary supplements containing beneficial bacteria. They are live microorganisms which when administered in adequate amounts confer a health benefit on the host. Claims are made that probiotics strengthen the immune system to combat allergies, excessive alcohol intake, stress, exposure to toxic substances, and other diseases.
