Acidic foods- foods that contain little to no oxygen, including all sweets, grains, meats, fish, eggs, milk products, animal fats, coffee, tea, unripe fruits and alcohol.
Agave- is a sweetener commercially produced in Mexico and the southwest United States, from several species of agave, a cactus-like plant.

Alkaline foods- fruits, vegetables, greens, and sea vegetables.
Amino acids-the building blocks of proteins and intermediaries in the body’s metabolism.
Ayurvedic medicine-integrates the body, mind, and spirit to prevent and treat disease and to promote wellness, and is one of the world's oldest medical systems. In Ayurvedic philosophy, people, their health, and the universe are all thought to be related. Health problems can result when these relationships are out of balance. The goal of Ayurvedic medicine is to cleanse the body of substances that can cause disease and to re-establish harmony and balance.
Bee Pollen- is the most complete food found in nature, according to some. Helps to support the immune system, is high in vitamins A, B, C, and E, minerals, proteins, amino acids, hormones, and enzymes. Bee pollen has also been shown to have a protective effect against radiation. Gram for gram, pollen contains an estimated 5 to 7 times more protein than meat, eggs, or cheese. In addition the protein in pollen is in a predigested form and is easy to assimilate into the digestive system.
Biochemical individuality-Roger Wiliams’ theory; based upon the fact that everyone has unique and specific, genetically determined nutrition requirements.
Bioflavonoid- a type of phytonutrient that is a water-soluble plant pigments that is anti-inflammatory, antihistaminic, and anti-viral agents. They block the “sorbitol pathway” that is linked to many symptoms of diabetes. Bioflavonoids also protect blood vessels and reduce platelet aggregation (acting as natural blood thinners).
Blue-Green Algae- (also known as E3 Live algae or crystal manna) a supplement is harvested from Klamath Lake in Oregon. It is high in protein, chlorophyll, vitamins, and enhances both the immune system and brain function as it is naturally high in neurotransmitters.
Cacao- Raw seeds from the Theobromoa cacao tree. They can be processed and cooked to create cocoa from which chocolate is made.
Camu-Camu-(Myrciaria dubia) is a bush native to the South American rainforest. It is higher in minerals than any other Amazonian plant. A fresh berry, it contains 30 to 60 times more vitamin C than an orange. The powder is typically found in Vitamin C supplement capsules. The Camu-Camu berry is a source of phosphorus, calcium, potassium, iron, and the amino acids serine, valine and leucine. Small amounts of the vitamins thiamine, riboflavin and niacin are also present.
Carbon filter-The second of three steps in ideal water purification. Removes organic and inorganic chemicals that the ROI unit cannot.
Carob-pods that grow on an evergreen shrub and are processed into chocolate-like powder for use as a sweetener in recipes.
Carotenoids- a type of phytonutrient that is a natural fat-soluble pigment found principally in plants, algae, and photosynthetic bacteria, where they play a critical role in the photosynthetic process
Chakra-a spinning sphere of bio-energetic activity from the head to the base of the spine.
Chi-Chinese word that refers to life force or life energy.
Chlorella-high protein algae with about 5 grams of protein in one teaspoon. It also contains high amounts of magnesium and the super detoxifier chlorophyll. It contains two to five times the amount of chlorophyll as spirulina. Chlorella is the best algae for pulling heavy metals out of the system.
Cocoa- Cocoa is the dried and partially fermented fatty seed of the cacao tree from which chocolate is made.
Crystal Energy-a detoxifier and a patented form of minerals, rich in silica. The manufacturer of the substance claims that Crystal Energy helps remove heavy metals from the body. They also state that it challenges the symptoms of dehydration and minimizes the process of aging.
